What we collect

To provide explanations, we process the error text and optional code you submit. We assign an anonymous device identifier (a cookie) to count free-tier usage. If you subscribe, we store your email and billing reference held by our payment processor.

How your code is used

Submitted error text and code are sent to our AI model provider solely to generate your explanation. We do not use your code to train models. On Pro, journal entries you choose to save are stored against your account and can be deleted by you at any time.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to count pageviews and conversions. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights (DPDP Act & GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@rustmentor.aiskillhub.info. We honor data-subject requests within the timelines required by India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.

Data retention & security

Usage counters expire automatically. Backups are encrypted and rotated. We retain billing records as required for tax compliance.
